Reserve a free phone consultation appointment with an attorney by submitting a brief corp/small-business ,personal matters , or  everything in-between questionnaire and scheduling a date & time.

Step 2

An attorney will contact you at your reserved date & time in order to learn about your legal needs and the details of your situation so we can evaluate if Where's Legal?, P.C. is the right fit for you.

Step 3

Within 2 business days of your consultation, an attorney will contact you with a flat fee quote for a proposed scope of work, should Where's Legal?, P.C. have the resources to meet your legal needs .**

Step 4

If you chose to employ our firm, you will be given access to log in to your secure, personal portal, where you can upload assisting documents, communicate with your attorney, track status updates on your case, download completed documents, and make credit/debit card payments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hourly rates?

Where's Legal?, P.C. does't have hourly rates. We only bill using flat fee based on an agreed upon scope of work between the firm and clinet. We will not raise the price once we have an agreed upon scope of work, barring unforesseen filing, registration, or goverment or agency fees required in order to complete the client's case.

How do I send or receive documents from my attorney?

Everything at Where's Legal?, P.C. takes place either online or over the phone, in almost every circumstance. Clients will have the ability to upload and download documents from their secure portal by logging in at the top of the screen. Clients will also be able to pay via credit/debit cards from their portal, in addition to being able to send a paper check.

Can I work with a specific attorney?

Yes. If you have worked with Where's Legal?,P.C. attorney previously, and would like to work with that attorney again, we accommodate such requests, availability permitting.
